Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days for a refund minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee for all unopened, unused, and nonperishable products. Returns are not possible for perishable items such as bars. If a product you ordered is defective after opening you may also return it.  However there are no returns for not liking a product as there’s too much individual variation among people for how things taste, react and other conditions happening with the body.

If you were shipped the wrong product and it’s the fault of Shop Vibrant Life / Thrive Health LLC,  we will ship you the correct product at no cost to you or give you a credit for the product you purchase but didn’t receive.  We were reserve the right to request the product back that was wrongly shipped to you,  in that event we will provide a shipping label to you at no cost to you.

Ordering Policy

Once an order is placed it is immediately processed and shipped.  If there was an error on what you ordered or you forgot to order something email us immediately or call us immediately in order for us to try to fix the situation.  However it is not our policy that we can accommodate alterations because of how quickly we typically process and ship orders.

If you place an order online and did not receive your package within five business days and were not provided a tracking number to track your product.  Please check your spam filter for the tracking number email.  If you did not receive a tracking number email, please contact us by email or phone so we can let you know the order status and the items that might be potentially backordered.

Shipping Policy

Typically all items ordered are shipped in one box.  Occasionally some orders will come in multiple boxes to fulfill the entire order.  If any items are out of stock or on backorder we will notify you give you the option to cancel the entire order or cancel the back order item if you do not want to wait for it.  If items in one order are shipped with multiple packages you will not be charged any additional shipping. Most orders are shipped via USPS.  Currently we only ship to the Continental 48 USA states.

Pricing Policy

There may be mistakes or errors in pricing or product descriptions on our website.  We do our best to catch any mistakes and errors and always try to keep it updated but some of our vendors change things without our knowledge. Shop Vibrant Life / Thrive Health LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that is incorrect price was advertised on our website.  In the event we refuse or cancel your order and your credit card was already charged we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card, please allow three business days for that to show up on your online credit card statement.  If you do not see the refund posted within three business days please contact us by email or phone first before you contact credit card company so we can make sure that the situation is handled correctly.
